The Regulations apply to the Villa Tatrica property, hereinafter referred to as the Property.

The owner of the property is Chrobak Jozef Remont and Construction Services Villa Tatrica, located at ul. Bulwary Słowackiego 20, 34-500 Zakopane; NIP: 7371085402, REGON: 490664157.
Individuals using the accommodation at the Property are referred to as Guests in these Regulations.
The person making the reservation at the Property and the payment for the reservation is hereinafter referred to as the Booker.

Basic Information:

  1. Making a reservation is equivalent to confirming that you have read and accepted these Regulations and agreed to abide by its provisions, as well as reading and accepting the Privacy Policy.
  2. Guests using the accommodation at the Property are also required to comply with health and safety and fire regulations, and in exceptional cases, to follow the instructions of the Property staff.
  3. If any provision of these Regulations is violated, the Property has the right to refuse to continue providing services to Guests who violate them. Such persons are required to immediately comply with the requests of the Property staff, settle payment for services rendered, pay for any damages and destruction caused, and immediately leave the Property.
  4. By making a reservation, the Booker consents to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of completing the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data. The Booker has the right to access and update their personal data.
  5. Reservations are made on behalf of the individual or company that will make the payment.
  6. Only individuals who are registered at the Property’s reception are authorized to use the Property. The Guest may not transfer the rented apartment to other persons, even if the paid period has not expired.
  7. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use open flames in the Property and its surroundings, and in apartments: irons, heaters, and other electrical devices that are not part of the apartment’s equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
  8. The Guest is fully responsible for any damage or destruction to the Property’s items, equipment, and devices caused by the Guest or their visitors. The compensation for damages or destruction is based on the price list available at the Property reception, the receipt documenting the actual cost of repair, or the appraiser’s valuation.
  9. If discrepancies in the inventory list of the apartment or damages are found, the Guest is required to report this directly at the reception when taking over the apartment. Otherwise, it is assumed that the inventory is complete and undamaged.
  10. Guests are obliged to use the Property’s equipment in a manner that does not cause damage or deterioration of their condition.
  11. The Property’s liability for the loss or damage of items brought by Guests to the Property is regulated by Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Property’s liability is limited if the items are not deposited at the reception. The Property has the right to refuse to store money, securities, and valuable items, especially valuables and items with scientific or artistic value, if they pose a safety risk or are of excessive value in relation to the size or standard of the property, or take up too much space.
  12. After the stay, the Guest is required to report their departure so that the apartment can be inspected by the Property staff.
  13. The hotel day begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM.
  14. There is a strict no-smoking policy for tobacco products and e-cigarettes on the Property.
  15. The quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  16. Guests must behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace of other guests during quiet hours, and in accordance with social norms and respect for the right of others to rest during the day.
  17. Non-registered persons may be present at the Property between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  18. Non-registered persons staying at the Property after 10:00 PM will be subject to a charge for accommodating these persons. The accommodation of each person will be charged at the extra bed rate according to the price list available at the reception or on the Property’s website.
  19. The Property does not accept pets.
  20. Children and minors under the age of 18 are allowed to stay only under the supervision of adults, who assume full responsibility for their actions and any consequences, as well as for any incidents that occur on the Property.
  21. The Property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behave inappropriately.

Additional Fees:

  1. The price of accommodation does not include the local tax collected during the check-in process and transferred to the Municipality’s account, as well as any other additional fees.
  2. The accommodation fee and the local tax of 3.00 PLN per person per day are charged upon check-in.
  3. There is no possibility to add extra beds to the rooms.
  4. Payments on-site are accepted only in cash. Credit cards are not accepted.

Deposit:

  1. A deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
  2. Paying the deposit is equivalent to accepting the booking conditions set out in these Regulations.
  3. In the case of a partially non-refundable offer or an elastic offer, the Booker will be charged a deposit representing 30% of the total reservation price.
  4. In the case of a non-refundable offer, the Booker will be charged a deposit representing the full reservation price at any time.
  5. If the deposit is not paid within the agreed time frame, the reservation will be canceled.

Cancellation:

  1. In the case of cancellation of a reservation for a partially non-refundable offer, the deposit is non-refundable.
  2. In the case of a non-refundable offer, the Booker will be charged the full reservation price for cancellation at any time.
  3. In the case of cancellation of a reservation for an elastic offer, the deposit will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made up to 5 days before the arrival date.
  4. Failure to use the entire reservation period does not entitle the Booker to a refund.

Online Reservations:

  1. Online reservations can be made via the website www.villatatrica.pl.
  2. To confirm the reservation, the Booker is required to pay 30% of the total reservation price (for partially non-refundable or elastic offers) or 100% of the total reservation price (for non-refundable offers) within one hour of making the reservation.
  3. Payments are made through the Tpay payment system, available in the reservation panel.
  4. The same cancellation and complaint policies apply to online reservations as to those made through other methods. These policies are specified in sections IV and VI of these Regulations.

Complaint Procedure:

  1. Guests have the right to file complaints regarding the services provided by the Property.
  2. Complaints will only be accepted if submitted electronically to the email address: villa.tatrica@gmail.com within 14 days from the end of the Guest’s stay at the Property or, if the stay did not take place on the scheduled date, within 14 days from the date the stay should have occurred.
  3. The Property reserves a 14-day period to process complaints filed by Guests. During this period, the Property will inform the Guest of the outcome of the complaint.

Additional Information:

  1. A free, unguarded parking lot is available for your convenience. Parking must be done in designated areas. The Property owner is not responsible for any vehicles or items left in them.
  2. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Property.
  3. A playground for children is also available for your use.
  4. The Property is monitored.
