Voucher Purchase Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of Vouchers at Villa Tatrica, hereinafter referred to as the Property. The owner of the Property is Józef Chrobak Usługi Remontowo-Budowlane Villa Tatrica, ul. Pitoniówka 9a, 34-511 Kościelisko, NIP 7371085402.
Individuals purchasing a voucher from the Property are hereinafter referred to as the Purchasers.
Individuals using the voucher at the Property are hereinafter referred to as the Users.

General Terms:

1. The Property agrees to provide the Purchaser with a Voucher and to accept it for redemption at Villa Tatrica.
2. The Purchaser agrees to pay an amount equal to the nominal value of the Voucher.
3. The Voucher may be redeemed exclusively at Villa Tatrica.
4. The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The Voucher must be used in a single transaction.
6. The Property is not responsible for any Voucher that is lost or damaged after being delivered to the Purchaser.
7. The Purchaser has no claims against the Property for the loss or destruction of a Voucher.
8. The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Voucher Use Terms:

1. The User selects the date of the accommodation service at Villa Tatrica. The date must be booked in advance by phone at +48 604 502 704 or by email: villa.tatrica@gmail.com
2. Villa Tatrica accepts only Vouchers that are undamaged and contain a validity date, serial number, the Property’s logo, and the issuer’s signature.
3. No refund or change is provided if the value of the service is less than the value of the Voucher.
4. The User and/or Purchaser is required to pay the price difference in cash, by debit card, or credit card if the service exceeds the value of the Voucher.
5. The Property reserves the right to refuse Voucher redemption if it is past its expiration date or if it is damaged in a way that prevents reading its information.

Voucher Payments and Complaints:

1. Upon purchasing the Voucher, the Purchaser receives a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice upon request. Once the receipt is issued, a VAT invoice cannot be provided.
2. All complaints related to the use of the Voucher will be considered by the Property upon submission of a written complaint by the User and/or Purchaser.
3. A proof of payment issued at the time of purchase is required to consider any complaint about the goods or services.

Final Provisions:

1. By receiving the Voucher, the Purchaser declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to abide by them.
2. By redeeming the Voucher, the User confirms their consent to use the Voucher under these Terms and Conditions.
3. The content of these Terms and Conditions is available on the Property’s website at https://villatatrica.pl/regulamin/
4. The Property is obliged to provide a copy of these Terms and Conditions to the Purchaser and/or User upon request.
5. The Property reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, provided that such changes do not infringe the acquired rights of Purchasers/Users. Any changes will be promptly updated and made available on the website and at the reception desk of the Property.
6. For matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
